Why We're Different

All kitchen and bathroom remodeling and additions contractors are NOT the same!

If you think that all contractors are the same... sorry, but nothing could be further from the truth! Each contractor, from the worst to the best, has their own flavor and taste — some will be too bitter and some will be too sweet.

The goal is to weed through as few of the two extremes as possible and find one that suites your pallet. So, what makes Artisan Interiors and Remodeling different from all of the other contractor's out there?

For Starters... We Work With Our Clients Via Three Main Elements

1. Scope 2. Schedule 3. Value — in that order...

We believe that in order for our clients to have a successful project we must work with and have all three of these elements. Without all three elements, the chances of positive outcome for your project is severely limited.

Unfortunately, very few construction companies work with their clients in this manner... and that's the problem with most other construction companies. Most only focus on only one or two of these elements.

Why are all three elements so important?

Construction without defining Scope.
Can you imagine hiring someone without clearly understanding exactly what you're getting? Unfortunately some people can be wooed by the perception of an inexpensive bid and disregard the relevance of the other elements for success. We work with our clients to help them to define exactly what work is to be performed.

Construction without defining Schedule.
I recently met a woman who said, "When I remodeled my kitchen, I ended up with something wonderful, but getting there was another story!" She thought she did everything right. She clearly defined the work she wanted, she had professional plans drawn, she interviewed a couple of contractors, she checked references and she bid out the work... But, the contractor she hired only had a loose schedule and that fell apart within a week. The result: A nightmare and drama for the rest of the project — all nine months! Without a firm schedule the same nightmare can happen to your project.

Construction without defining Value.
Your project is clearly defined and you know exactly what you're buying. You have a clear understanding of how long it should take. Getting to the value is the reward. It's very easy for us to find this point with our clients. The value of a project can always be tied to what is being done and how long the project takes.

We bring all three elements together for our clients.

By combining all three elements, our client's project is positioned for success. We clearly define the project with a delineated schedule and a value that is directly in relationship to what the client is getting for their money.

A Few More Reasons We're Different

We're an advocate for our clients. We know our clients depend on us for reliable, truthful information. We know that the clients that choose to work with us and go through the process of how we work, benefit from it!

We're not a one number contractor that gives you a low number and then once a contract is signed, issues change orders for all of those things that weren't clearly defined. We absolutely hate that practice (unfortunately it happens way too often) and will never conduct our business that way.

We've never issued a change order for missed Scope of the project. That's because we don't miss the Scope... we clearly and concisely define everything before we start the project — to avoid unwanted surprises.

We're not "brief case contractors." Meaning... we do not subcontract out every aspect of your project. In fact, we self perform a large portion of the work ourselves. Be it the demolition, the layout, general carpentry or the trim — we pride ourselves in being on site as tradesmen. This practice allows us to be on site more and manage more effectively the subcontracted work.

We provide our clients with a three year warranty on all workmanship.

We clean our client's project area via a professional cleaning service.

We follow up with our clients with a personal phone call at six months and one year just to make sure all is well.

We do really incredible work. We named our company Artisan for a reason... we are truly artisans changing the way you live in your home. Be sure and explore our portfolio of work and judge for yourself.

All of this — from our process to our services we have one goal in mind...

To make sure our clients are happy and satisfied that they chose us! Our process and the way we work is proven — it works for the remodel project and it works for our clients!

Simply said... you get what you see with us, you always get it on time, you always get it on budget, for what was defined, and you get it the way you want it. No gimmicks. No excuses.

Not all contractors are the same, we'd love to prove how different we really are. Call us today at 720.488.7567 to discuss your project.
