Who We Work With

We work with those clients looking for a highly professional experience...

Artisan Interiors and Remodeling works with:

  • Homeowners
  • Business Owners
  • Designers and Architects
  • Commercial and Residential Real Estate Brokers

Typically Our Clients Are...

Homeowners who are professionals, at or near the top of their earning potential with an average annual income in excess of $100,000.00 per year. The work we do with Homeowners tends to be focused on full kitchens, bathrooms, basements, room or home addition whole house remodels.

Business Owners who are leaders in the community, driven by passion to be the best and appreciate time to market and future value of money issues. Most of our Business Owner clients have been law offices, financial institutions and restaurants.

Designers and Architects who are cutting edge in their approach toward changing the way our clients use their homes. We work with Designers and Architects on a wide range of projects — from "over the top" kitchens, "get away spa" like bathrooms and cozy basement retreats to extreme whole house make-overs.

Commercial and Residential Real Estate Brokers who come to us because they know we under promise and always over deliver. Our Real Estate Broker clients tend to be from the commercial side with a focus on tenant spaces that run around 10,000 square feet or less. Residential brokers who are assisting clients in houses that can be potentially made-over to their needs.

Our Clients Want, Value, and Care About...

  • Our clients want to know they are getting value for their money. They don't hire us because we are the cheapest. They hire us because we do what we say and say what we do. There is no in-between. Under promise and always over deliver.
  • Our clients value the relationship, the communication, the professionalism, the quality and the passion we share for their project. We love what we do, but we love doing it for them even more!

We're Likely a Good Fit to Work Together, If…

You want to maintain your current lifestyle (as best you can) during our project. When you work with Artisan Interiors and Remodeling, you won't be managing the project or the trades. You won't be working on the project and you won't be staying up late to stay on schedule. Sit back, relax and enjoy the fruits of all your hard planning efforts. Hiring a good contractor — such as ourselves — is actually quite rewarding!

You want a highly professional experience. Would you rather have a contractor who can provide you with up to date financial information, or would you rather work with someone who keeps it on a note pad, under the seat in his truck? We invest heavily in technology to make our life and yours easier throughout the process, and we take pride in managing not only the project but the paperwork that is involved.

You want to be part of a synergistic team. We pride ourselves in bringing a team together for the duration of the project that works, laughs and remains focused on getting you what you want. But to do that, we need you (and your designer/architect) on our team, and we need you to be actively involved in the decision making process.

You want a contractor with a proven record of success, dependability and standing in the community. We have completed over 3 million dollars worth of fantastic projects and have NEVER given a change order for work or materials we missed. We start the project with a realistic schedule and we rarely miss the date we initially set. Also, we're actively involved in the National Association of Home Builders, The Remodelors Council of Metro Denver, The Denver/Boulder Better Business Bureau, the South West Metro Chamber of Commerce, and The National Kitchen and Bath Association. We have been in the community, we are in the community and we will continue to be in the community for years to come.

You want to be assured that every effort will be put forth to give you what you've paid for. Is getting it on time and on budget what you want from your project?

You fully understand that construction is a process, and your project has a process that must be followed so it will turn out the way you envision. We start by defining what we are doing (scope) so we can figure out how long it will take (schedule) so the cost can be figured (value). It's that simple, but take out one of the steps or perform them out of order and chaos will ensue.

You must have a sense of humor! If we couldn't have fun — we would not be doing this. We work hard, we laugh often and we keep our word! We only ask our clients to do the same.

You do NOT want the cheapest, and you're willing to pay for better service and performance. It's the difference between a Corvette and a Mustang. Both are fast, both look good, but both aren't identically fast and identically good looking. Is one better than the other? No, not really. They're similar, but there are some pretty significant differences between the two. Contractors have a lot of similarities between them, but even greater differences.

We're NOT a Good Fit to Work Together, If...

You have an unrealistic schedule. For example: it's October 15th and you call us to begin a kitchen remodel that you want to have done before Christmas.

You have unrealistic budgets. For example: you want us to completely remodel your kitchen, complete with custom lighting, granite slab counter tops, cherry cabinets, high end stainless steel appliances and hand-scraped hickory floors... but only have $15,000 to spend.

You don't understand that time is money. When we bid a project we bid it based on the amount of time we feel it's going to take based on the scope of work involved. So for example: if you add $10,000 in additional work (scope), a corresponding amount of time will then be added to the project.

You do not want to be a part of the team. We are only as successful as those we surround ourselves with and it's imperative that you, as our client, are on board with this concept. The job does not happen without input and communication from you. So if you have the idea of "Guys, don't call me at work" or "I can't meet with you on a regular basis", then it will be very hard to work together.

You're "just thinking" about it or you're only price shopping. Hiring a contractor based on the cheapest price is risky, and we guarantee that you will get what you pay for. We don't work this way. If you just want the lowest bid or are just testing the waters, we really are not a good fit for you.
