Residential Remodeling Services
 We
work directly with your Designer or Architect...
To execute
a firm plan on just about any type of residential remodeling project. What
does this mean for you? Simply, we work hand-in-hand with the Architect
or Designer to supply the knowledge, expertise and relationships
to get your project done on time, on budget and the way you and your
Architect or Designer want it!
If you don't have an Architect or
Designer, we can supply you with names of many reputable Designers
and Architects that we work with on a regular basis.
Our specialty is changing the way our clients live in their home, so if
the sink in your kitchen does not work where it's located right now
or the fridge really inhibits traffic flow or if you wish, "that
wall wasn't there" — we
can help.
Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling and Additions are Our Passion...
But, we have ALL the necessary trades and required
experience to manage and complete most projects including:
- Pop-tops
- Additions
- Garages
- Basement finishes
- And anything in between...
We provide competitive pricing on materials such as cabinets, tile, flooring,
appliances, fixtures, etc. and anything that is purchased through
us is under warranty for two years... which means, if the faucet
starts to drip in twenty months we will either fix it or replace at no
charge to our client.
We carry all required insurance... and all of our trade
partners are licensed and carry workman's compensation and liability
insurance.
Design Build (Residential or Commercial)
 You and us working together to solve the problem...
We
can help you plan, coordinate, and execute a design build. You
may wonder, "What exactly is design build?" From our perspective
it's you working directly with us to come up with a plan.
For example: Maybe you have a basement that you just can't figure out
what to do with or an attic that might be able to be turned into
a home office, etc...
Design Build is you and us working together to fix
the problem. Now, that
doesn't necessarily mean that a Designer, Architect, or Engineer
will not be needed. Sometimes the scope of work requires that we
hire these types of outside consultants to assist us in solving a
potential design challenge.
That said, if
we don't
have to hire outside consultants — we don't. If
we do, we will manage those consultants for you, which will save
you valuable time, effort, and money.
Light Commercial
 If
your commercial project is time and budget sensitive... then we're
the contractors for you!
We excel at commercial projects that
are extremely time sensitive, detail orientated, and cost conscious.

Construction Management
 We're your advocate, making sure that the contractor you are working with
is doing everything right and in your best interest...
What if you have a contractor already, but don't
have time to manage the day to day details of working directly with that
contractor? We can help. We provide a full list of construction
management services that include auditing all billings, cost to complete
analysis and on site coordination as required.
What does this mean for you? Simple. You'll
save time and money by having a professional team monitoring all
progress and mitigating all potential pitfalls.
In essence we shield
you from the unsavory side of construction — the dreaded
escalation of costs and schedule delays. If you have already picked
your contractor, but want a third person at the table who's knowledgeable
and who is your advocate
than this is the service for you.
Construction Consulting Services
 An invaluable service to assure your project goes correctly...
So you have
an idea, but you have no idea where to start and aren't ready to
commit to a contractor yet. Then our construction consulting service
is invaluable!
Essentially, you hire us on an hourly basis to
help you develop a strategy to implement and execute a plan. The hourly
fee is usually
$50 per hour, plus any costs incurred.
Most
clients who have hired us for this service, usually spend between
$3,000 and $5,000. But, what they get is a rough estimate of construction
costs, an outline of how to proceed and a list of all responsible
parties needed to execute their project!
This service is also great, if you're having problems with your
current contractor... we
will come in and attempt to act as an intermediary for you. We determine
not who's at fault, but what's at fault.
We can provide you with a list of
alternative solutions to the issue at hand and we can advise you
as to how to best remedy the situation. Often
times a problem can simply be solved by a neutral third party looking
at the problem.
Our goal with offering our clients our construction consulting service
